- T7 prose + developmental editor + continuity
- T8 delivery + rights + continuity

Rules:
- main agent integrates and owns final decisions
- scouts investigate only; editing agents own explicit files
- no duplicated shared context
- no generic cloned workers
- no project-wide formatters/tests inside children
- local:// for bulk context, agent:// for outputs, history:// for transcripts
- IRC for overlap, blockers, and follow-up
- isolate only code-changing extension development, not ordinary story artifacts
